This is the first course in a two-course series for CompTIA A+ and is prepared for you to take and pass the CompTIA A+ 220-901 exam.

  • To become a complete A+ certified you will need to pass both the 220-901 and 220-902 exams. This course is 14 hours in a stretch. This course contains over 120 videos.
  • The first goal of this course is to make you a good PC tech and, in the process makes you pass the exam.
  • The course covers all the CompTIA A+ 220-901 objective domains:

Mobile Devices: 17%

Hardware & Networking Troubleshooting: 28%

This course covers the following Topics and you will also learn how to:

  • Work with CPU, RAM, BIOS, motherboards, power supplies, and other PC components.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hard drives.
  • Manage input devices and removable media.
  • Troubleshoot and fix common PC problems.
  • Install video and multimedia cards.
  • Work with smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices.
  • Install and configure wired and wireless networks.
  • Connect to the internet.
  • Install, configure and manage printers and other peripherals.

Salient Features

  • This is a complete CompTIA A+ 220-901 course. It is prepared for the student to take and pass the first of two A+ exams needed to become CompTIA A+ certified. To become A+ certified requires you to pass both the 220-901 and 220-902 exams. There is another course on the 220-902 exam.
  • Once you complete the both CompTIA A+ courses, you will have the confidence and knowledge to pass the exams, YOU will gain the required skills to become a PC tech. This course is good as a study tool and for professional life.

In other words, you would decide what to call your qualification. For example, if you had completed three courses, namely, Body Language for Professional Success, Public Speaking, and Workplace Communication, you could then choose to request your award to be granted with the name ADVANCED COMMUNICATION SKILLS, or PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS, or any others, as per your own liking and choice. Hence, your full qualification will be called “PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE (EXPERT LEVEL) in ADVANCED COMMUNICATION SKILLS”
